Job duties:

• Design and assemble electrical panels and control panels for industrial automation systems.
• Install, configure, and test electrical and electronic components, such as sensors, PLCs (programmable logic controllers), and motors.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized automation solutions for customers.
• Carry out the electrical wiring and connection of the components, making sure that everything complies with current safety and regulatory standards.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic technical problems in a timely manner.
• Accurately document project details and assembly processes.
• Provide technical support and training to customers as necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the design and assembly of electrical panels for industrial automation.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and electronic components used in industrial automation systems.
• Skill in reading and understanding electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and applicable industrial regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to solve problems effectively.
• Availability to travel occasionally for customer installations.

Job duties:

• Collaborate with customers and the engineering team to define project specifications and automation goals.
• Design custom industrial automation systems, including PLC (programmable logic controllers), HMI (human machine interfaces), and distributed control systems.
• Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications for electrical and electronic components.
• Select the appropriate components for each system, taking into account safety regulations and performance needs.
• Collaborate with the maintenance and after-sales support team to resolve any technical issues.
• Keep technical documentation accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of Electrical CAD software.
• Knowledge of CE directive and machinery directive regulations.
• Knowledge of cable ducting systems and electrical duct design.
• Experience in designing electrical panels and automation systems for production lines.
• Project documentation capabilities.
• Knowledge of EPLAN P8 or SPAC Automazione electrical design system is appreciated.
